Arrival and transportation
CaribbeanWay agents can arrange round-trip transfers from the airport to the villa upon request, at client expense. This service is payable in cash only.
Upon your arrival at Casa De Campo, the villa manager will greet you at the Casa de Campo owner’s club, where you will leave your credit card for an imprint and pick up your Casa de Campo cards (mandatory $25.00 per day per villa). The cards allow you to rent golf carts, access the beach, and charge items to your villa. Golf carts are the means of transportation in and around the resort, and can be rented for an added fee. Car rentals are also available.
Sports and resort amenities
Use of the tennis courts is complimentary for guests. Golf, snorkeling, diving, deep-sea fishing, horseback riding and spa treatments can be arranged at nearby facilities.
Food and beverages
With at least two weeks’ advance notice, we will be able to pre-stock your villa with food and beverages of your choice. If you would like us to continue shopping for you after your arrival, please provide the villa manager with a list of shopping items and payment upfront. Receipts will be provided on a daily basis. A $7 USD transportation charge will be added to and from the grocery store.
The staff will greet you at the villa with snacks and beverages after you check in at the villa owner’s club. On arrival day, we will prepare a fruit and sandwich plate for the number of guests you have advised are in your party. At your request, the staff can prepare daily breakfast and drinks. Clients will need to provide the staff with grocery list and funds to buy groceries. We also offer a professional chef service at an additional cost that depends on the size of your party. If you have any dietary restrictions, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you. Meals can be arranged directly with the staff upon arrival.
Staff (8:00am to 4:00pm)
A manager, a full-time housekeeper, a waiter and a gardener are retained for your convenience. A professional chef is available upon request at additional cost. Laundry services are also available for an additional fee.
Bedrooms
There is one king size bed in the master bedroom, and six full size beds in the other bedrooms.
Pool and Jacuzzi
The tropical setting includes a relaxing eating and lounging area next to a pristine pool and an extra-large Jacuzzi. The pool area is surrounded by beautiful landscaping.

Rates and policies
- Rates start at $800/per night in the off-season, and include a maximum of eight guests. For parties exceeding the maximum, an extra US $150.00 will be charged for each additional person staying at the villa.
